What happened: Graded over the horizon of Obama's second term (Jan 2013 to Jan 20, 2017). No Scalia- or Alito-type justice was added in that time: after Scalia died on Feb 13, 2016, Garland's nomination was blocked and the seat was still open when Obama left office, and Roe stood. Dobbs (June 24, 2022) came after the horizon and isn't graded against her.
