A London jury on Thursday convicted comedian and actor Russell Brand of one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault. CBS News, Straight Arrow News and the Washington Examiner report he was remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced Monday. The Examiner and CBS News note he was acquitted on other counts, including two rape charges.
